Instructions for accessing the customer portal are listed below:

• Navigate to the Emesent website (emesent.io)
• Click on Login and then select Support Portal

• Use your login details to access the portal if you already have a login
• Alternatively, if you don’t have access click on request access to gain access to the support portal

• Complete the form to set up your account
• Once our team has set up your account, log in to the portal with the given details
